Dance Fit Dance Fit is a type of group exercise class that incorporates some or many forms of dance. It's an aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. The overall intensity of a class varies depending on the style you're doing.

Stretch & Tone This class includes holding poses for several minutes to help to stretch the body and calm the nervous system. The end of the class is dedicated to a meditation session, so you leave the class feeling refreshed, balanced and ready to take on the days ahead
