Sauna and Steam Room Etiquette

• Shower before entering the sauna or steam room 
• Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times – please note that no underwear or external clothing is permitted 
• Cosmetics/henna are not permitted in the sauna and steam room area 
• Food, alcohol or glass bottles are not permitted in the sauna and steam room area
• Shaving is not permitted in the sauna and steam room area 
• Inform a lifeguard if you have any medical conditions 
• Look out for yourself and others while in the pool 
• Listen out for the emergency alarms or lifeguard instructions
• We would encourage customers not to run when moving around the centre, at-poolside or in our changing facilities for their own safety
