Indoor Cycling
Indoor Cycling is a high intensity class on our stationary bikes in our dedicated cycle studio. It’s fun, low impact and a great way to burn calories. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. If you're new to the class, speak to your instructor who will be happy to help you with bike set up.

FITIN30
This 30 minute gym floor class will take your cardiovascular training to the next level. Using short bursts of bodyweight and resistance exercises, you will work to increase your stamina, reduce your body fat and build muscle. Body Pump
"BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

A full body aerobic and strength-based class, which is suitable for all levels, designed with those aged 50 and over in mind.
