Body Conditioning

RPM
RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and a great way to burn calories. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

Toning and conditioning class using weights for anyone who wants to add strength training to their aerobic training. Using a step platform, a bar and a set of weights with easy to follow routines, this class will have your heart pounding and your muscles toned.
