Aqua Classes

There are so many health and social benefits to our aqua classes and they’re perfect for any age or ability. Our water-based classes are a low-impact way to exercise, making movements easier on your body while still giving you a great workout.

Healthy Life Circuits

These are gentle circuits which are suitable for beginners. These classes are taught by a qualified exercise referral instructor.

Low Impact Circuits

Low impact circuit classes are aimed at improving strength and cardiovascular fitness. Suitable for all abilities.
