We know starting or switching gyms can come with a lot of questions, so we're here to make it easier for you. Whether you're looking for information about memberships, inductions, or using our facilities, we've got all the helpful information to get you started.
We do not offer a family membership option, however we do offer discounted membership if you have children in swimming lessons, we also have a refer a friend offer which gives the referring member 1 free month.
What is the price of a membership?
Our standard memberships start from just £29.95 per month. We do also offer discounted memberships for concessions and students.
Do I need a gym induction before using the equipment?
We advise all of our members to have a 'Get Going' session with our Gym Team. To book this, please head to reception or book via our website.
What type of classes do you run?
We offer a variety of classes including Yoga, Pilates, Legs, Bums and tums, HIT classes, indoor cycling, LES MILLS classes and Aquatic classes.
Do you allow under 16s to use the gym?
Yes — we offer dedicated junior gym sessions each day, supervised by our team to help young people feel confident and supported while they exercise.
Outside of these sessions, under 16s are welcome to use the gym when accompanied by a paying parent or guardian.
What are the young persons hours?
We run the sessions on Mondays through to Fridays 15:30 - 17:30 & anytime at the weekend.
Do you have lockers?
Yes, gym lockers are available on-site. They require a £1 coin to use.
Do you have showers?
Yes, we have dedicated changing rooms with shower facilities available for all gym members.
Fitter Faster Programmes
Our 12-week programme gives you regular one-to-one support from our health and fitness coaches. Available to all health and fitness members, it’s designed to help you build confidence, make steady progress and find an approach that fits your goals, lifestyle and ability.
Our workout classes are designed to suit every pace and preference. From energising full-body sessions to gentle, calming practices for mind and body, our friendly instructors guide every session with warmth and inclusivity.
