We have a whole timetable of swimming sessions, from family swims for splash-tastic fun for all ages to lane swimming and casual swimming for those looking to improve their fitness.

We have a fantastic 25m swimming pool, perfect for lane swimming, developing technique and family swim sessions, as well as a learner pool to help develop water confidence.

Please be aware that we have limited lane swimming availability between 4:00pm-7:00pm Monday to Thursday during our swimming lesson times.

Swimming For All

Swimming is a low-impact way of exercising, meaning it really is for everyone. We have a whole timetable of swim sessions for you to enjoy, including lane swimming or casual sessions. Swim memberships are available too with flexible booking options available to secure your swims.

Casual Swimming Prices:
Adult - peak £7.85, off peak £6.50 / Junior - peak £6.20, off peak £5.20 / 60+ - peak £5.30, off peak £4.70 / Under 3s £2.25

Swimming Lessons

Looking to build water confidence or improve your swimming skills? Our swimming lessons for both children and adults are a great way for everyone to learn how to swim, from the complete basics through to improving strokes and advanced techniques.

Aqua Classes

Join us for one of our fantastic fitness classes in the pool, with all the benefits of a standard workout, in the water. Water-based classes are a low-impact way to exercise, making it a safe and enjoyable workout for all levels of fitness.

This Girl Can Classes

An instructor led, ladies only swim session. These classes are a great way to get moving, supporting you to build your confidence and fitness levels, hopefully whilst having fun! Enjoy a free tea or instant coffee after your session in our cafe.

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. 

At the centre we provide the following facilities to make it accessible to everyone: accessible parking, step-free access, accessible shower and changing facilities and a pool hoist.
