Our health studio provides power assisted exercise for everybody - irrespective of age, mobility, weight, or fitness level - in a relaxed and supportive environment.
The power-assisted equipment on site has multiple health benefits and supports fatigue management. It also helps people with ongoing respiratory issues along with those that suffer with pain in their joints.
A session takes only 30 minutes, and you can come as you are - no special gym clothing or training shoes are required.
