We have five events spaces available for hire, two large halls and three smaller rooms, some of which can be combined with the other to make a single larger room. These can be hired individually, or combined with one another to make for a larger space for your event.

Meeting Rooms & Conferences

Willow Room 

Available to hire on its own or in combination with either of the Redwood and Rowan Rooms, this is the largest of our function rooms and is ideal for parties, meetings, conferences, seminars and other events. 

Size:  6.7m x 11.9m 

Redwood Room 

Hire the Redwood Room and you’ve got the ideal compact events venue. Whether you’re organising a private party or corporate event, this room, in conjunction with our other events spaces is ideal for a variety of uses. 

Size: 7.7m x 5.7m 

Rowan Room 

The Rowan Room is a 44m2 events space that makes for a superb venue in itself, while excelling in conjunction with the other two function rooms that are available.

Sports Hall & Sainsbury's Hall

The 594m2 main sports hall is a spacious and versatile area that’s got room for up to 500 people and is ideal for a wide range of events. These include sporting tournaments, community events, fairs, exhibitions and more.

Slightly smaller than the main sports hall, the Sainsbury’s Hall can hold up to 200 attendees as an events area in its own right, while it can also be used to compliment the space the main hall provides.

Events

With beautiful views across Midhurst’s South Pond, The Grange is a welcoming and versatile space for events of all kinds, at the heart of the local community.

By day, the venue hosts markets, fairs and car boot sales, while evenings are perfect for private celebrations including birthdays, anniversaries, christenings and wedding receptions.

Five event spaces are available for hire, including two large halls and three smaller rooms that can be used individually or combined.
