Active Communities

We're proud to serve the community of Mansfield and our aim is to get more people, more active, more often. We plan to do this by making exercise as accessible as possible by offering events and initiatives that cater for all parts of our community.

Health-Related Activity

These sessions are for those with a health condition or disability. They've been created to increase peoples activity levels in a bid to improve their health.

Healthy Life is available by referral only and includes Cardiac Rehab.

The below classes are subject to change so we would always suggest contacting the centre before attending.

Rebecca Adlington Leisure Centre

  • Healthy Life Circuits – Thursday 1.45pm & 6pm

  • Disability and Dementia swim – Monday 12pm-1pm

  • Good Boost - Monday 12pm-1pm and Thursday 3pm - 4pm

Oak Tree Leisure Centre

  • Healthy Life Circuits – Tuesday 10:30am and 2pm and Friday 10:30am

Water Meadows Leisure Complex

  • Disability and Dementia swim – Monday and Thursday 12pm-1pm

  • Good Boost sessions – Mondays 1pm, Wednesday 1pm-2pm, Friday 9am-10am & 10.15am-11.15am

Warsop Health Hub

  • Disability swim - Tuesday 9.30m

We are proud to serve the community of Mansfield and want to help more people, get more active, more often. We do this by reaching local people through our community programme.

Over 60's

We want to ensure all members of the community have the opportunity to exercise regularly. We aim to put on more classes for over 60's to help their health, but also help broaden their social circles. Over 60's can take advantage of our over 60's membership here.

Low Impact Activities

Our Low Impact activities include aqua fit, aqua Zumba, body balance, yoga, and low impact circuits - with their aim to provide exercise options to all ages and abilities.
