Whether you’re just starting out or balancing workouts with studies, we’ve got memberships designed to keep you moving, motivated, and having fun. Our Young Person’s Membership helps 12–15 year olds build confidence and fitness skills in a safe, supervised environment, while our Student Membership gives 16+ students full access to the facilities, classes, and programmes to stay active and energised.

Young Persons Membership

Ages 12–15 years

Jump into fitness with confidence! Our Young Persons Membership is designed to get you moving safely while having a blast.

You'll kick things off with a mandatory Get Going – Young Persons session which you can book at reception, get access to cool Commercial Programmes, and join in on group classes like Born to Move and Fit4Teen when available.

Got a parent or guardian? Bring them along for workouts or fly solo during our supervised Young Persons sessions with an instructor on hand.

Ages 16+ years

Still studying? Stay strong, fit, and focused with our Student Membership!

If you’re 16 or 17 years old, you’ll start with a mandatory Get Going session to set you up for success. You’ll get full facility access (except any 18+ areas), along with our Commercial Programmes, plus, join any group class showing on our timetable.

If you're over 18, just show your student ID and you’re in!

SpeedFlex Speedflex is a high-intensity, low-impact circuit training class designed to provide a full-body workout that builds both cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength without using traditional weights. Classes are led by a personal trainer, and designed to burn high amounts of calories with little to no post-workout muscle soreness.

Pilates - Intermediate-Advanced Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.
